Sometimes you just run out of electrolytes from food, and it would be great to be able to grab a commercial electrolytic replacement but they are all full of sugar. You can however always make your own Keto-ade.

- 1 l Carbonated water
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Potassium Citrate
- 1 tsp Magnesium Citrate
- 1 squirt Sugar-free flavour

Instructions
- Add Salts to carbonated water - expect some outgassing of $CO_2$ ... possibly a geyser if the bottles neck is narrow.
- Add Squirt of sugar-free flavoring.
- Replace cap and shake to mix.
